- Great, but: get a 12mm allen wrench!
The installation, done by a contractor, proceeded smoothly, EXCEPT: get a 12mm allen wrench (hexagonal shape) beforehand! nothing in the directions, website, anywhere tells you that you need it. and in the US, a 12mm allen wrench is incredibly hard to find. 10mm, no problem, but not 12. Not in Ace Hardware, Home Depot, plumbing stores, finally got it from an auto parts store, and had to buy a collection, where the largest is 12mm. Could have ordered from Amazon beforehand if I had known. Anyway, it's not summer, so can't really test it, but I have no doubt that it will heat a small bathroom (6'x6') easily.
