If an item is out of stock we aim to get the item in as soon as possible and get it back available for sale

Generally, items shown in the picture are included. However, there are exceptions. Always check the Details & Dimensions.
I want an item in a different finish than pictured. What finishes are available?
All our products are in chrome unless otherwise stated
Will the finish look exactly as it does on the website?
We do aim to give a true representation of the finish. However, every computer's monitor is a little different and there may be slight variances between online images and the actual product.
What are the dimensions of this item?
The dimensions are listed in the description. We also have technical images in the additional information tab which shows dimensions
Do I need to purchase the valves?
We sell valves only as well as complete kits. Please ensure that you check the description before purchasing.
Can I change the quantity, item, finish on my order?
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we can change the quantity after an order is placed.
When will I receive the product?
You should receive your order in 3-5 working days
When I purchased this item it said it was in stock, now it's on backorder. What happened?
We constantly update our stock positions. It is possible that an item noted In-stock can become unavailable or back ordered by the time your order is placed. This depends on the popularity of the item and the time of day. As soon as your item is in-stock it will be shipped.
