    Getting Started

  • Here at Hudson Reed USA we understand that your privacy and security is extremely important and it’s our aim to guide you through the online shopping experience as easily and quickly as possible.

    The following features will ensure that your shopping experience is made even easier.

    • Home page link: By clicking on the Hudson Reed logo on the top left of the screen you can easily get back to our home page.

    • Navigation bar: To ensure you easily find your way around the website the names on the navigation bar towards the top of the screen directly under the Hudson Reed logo are the departments of our online shop. By hovering over one of these you will then see a drop-down menu with various product categories within that department. By clicking on one of those categories you will be taken to a new page containing all sections and products related with it. The menu on the left of the screen will provide you with more refined options.

    • Search box: In the top right of the screen you can easily search by product, key words such as the type of product or the unique product code.

    • Your basket: In the top right of the screen the number of items and the subtotal of your basket can always be seen. By clicking the drop down arrow next to "My Basket", you can easily see what’s in your basket; you can also remove items or amend the quantities in that viewing panel.

    • Sign in/register: Creating an account with us (click on register or create an account when you’re prompted in checkout) allows you to view and amend the details on it, and you can view and track orders by simply signing in when you visit the website.

    Can I track my orders?

  • We will supply UPS or FedEx tracking information by email which you can use to track where your parcel is.

    By logging into your account you can also view the status of your orders. Click on the "My Orders" link in the left navigation of your account dashboard.

    What do I do if I have ordered the wrong item?

  • Please contact us as soon as possible so that we may be able to stop the order from being dispatched. If it has left our warehouse we would require you to return it at your cost.

    How do I check my invoices?

  • You can view your invoices by simply logging in to your account by clicking the "Login" link at the top right of the screen. If you don’t have an account you can register by clicking the "Register" link at the top right of the screen.

    Once you have logged in to your account you will be then directed to your account dashboard, where you can view and print all of your invoices. Click on the "My Orders" link in the left navigation and then select “View Order” on the relevant order. You will then see an “Invoices” tab where you have the option of viewing and printing invoices.

  • There are two ways in which you can amend your shipping address. Simply select "Ship to different address" when checking out.

    Once you have logged in to your account you will be directed to your account dashboard, where you can amend and add shipping addresses by clicking on the "Address Book" link in the left navigation.

    How do I return a product?

  • If for any reason you would like to return an item within 30 days of receiving your order simply login to your account and select the "My Orders" link in the left navigation. If you don't have an account you can register by clicking the "Register" link at the top right of the screen.

    Click "View Order" and then proceed to click the "Return" link at the top right of the page.

    If you checked out as a guest and do not wish to register, click here to arrange a return.
