Rating The product that I purchased was (2) 8" Square One-Function Rain-shower (Shower head and Arms). Let me tell you something. I was scared when I ordered it because it looked so good on the web-site, I just knew that I was going to be disappointed. I had no idea that (what you see is truly what you get)! It arrived within 3 to 4 days and when I open it up, I was impressed with the look, and the craftsmanship of this product. In fact, I just had my contractor today installed both shower head and arms. My contractor had no problem with the installation. Everything was sent to get the job done. However, you must know what you are doing.There may be some modifications, which was in my case, but having a good contractor who knows what to do, makes it easy. I want to thank Hudson Reed for this product. It is truly Bad to the Bone!
